Sanford L. Smith
1939 - 2024

We are sad to report that our friend and the founder of Sanford L. Smith + Associates, Sanford “Sandy” Smith, has passed away at 84.

Sandy was a visionary in the art and antiques world, known for his impeccable taste, dedication, and passion for bringing together the finest dealers and collectors from around the globe. His legacy is not just in the fairs he created, but in the vibrant community he fostered over decades.

All of us at Sanford L. Smith + Associates thank you for your support as we continue on in Sandy’s footsteps - managing and producing world-class fairs - as he wanted us to do. We are committed to upholding the high standards and innovative spirit that Sandy instilled in our organization. His influence will forever be a guiding light for our future endeavors. (See the press release about the future of SLSA here.)

We invite you to join us in celebrating Sandy's life and contributions by continuing to participate in and support the events he so passionately developed. Your presence and support honor his memory and ensure the ongoing success of the fairs he cherished.
