Galleries and private dealers may apply to participate in ART20, MODERNISM, OUTSIDER ART FAIR, or WORKS ON PAPER. To apply please send a presentation to our office for review. Exhibitors are chosen on the basis of material needed to maintain a high aesthetic for the Fair, and not on a first come, first served basis. The presentation should include:

• A letter requesting to exhibit and description of your business including history and owners of the gallery past and present.

• Information about artists you represent and examples of art you would bring to the fair, and if you plan to present a special exhibition such as a one-man show or specific group show.

• Images, preferably hard copies

• Three references from either past or present participants or other experts in the field.

To apply for the NEW YORK ANTIQUARIAN BOOK FAIR, applicants must be members of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America or the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers. Any member may request an application, and all members will receive applications by mail. The Book Fair Committee conducts a lottery to determine placement in the Fair.
